Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior telesales experience, and the ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to potential clients.
• Qualify customer requirements and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and closures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/Telesales (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Basic English communication skills
• Age: 18–60 years
• Gender: Male/Female – Both can apply
