Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to interact with prospective and existing customers via phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products or services, resolving customer queries, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries.
  • Explain products, services, offers, and promotions.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Update customer databases and prepare call reports.
