Job Description

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Job Responsibilities

  • Receive customer phone calls and provide accurate information.
  • Handle inquiries related to Caregivers, Nurses, and Attendants.
  • Respond to leads and customer inquiries received via WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate communication between Clients and Caregivers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and confirm bookings.
  • Update daily call records and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
  • Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.
