Telemarketing Executive

Namo Pharma is looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our team and handle customer calls, product enquiries, and sales follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and customers
• Explain our surgical, healthcare, medical and aesthetic products
• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Follow up regularly with existing customers and potential clients
• Maintain customer and lead details in the company records
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders and follow-ups
• Inform customers about new products, offers and company updates
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Confident and polite telephone communication
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage
• Sales/telemarketing experience preferred
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply
• Positive attitude, convincing ability and willingness to learn
