Telesales Executive

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Marketing Executives (TeleCallers).

We are looking for a confident and target-driven TeleCaller / Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our cargo and logistics services, and build strong client relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and preferably a background in international freight forwarding.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Zoomcaargo Bhaarat's logistics and cargo services
• Explain service offerings, pricing, and shipping solutions clearly to prospective clients
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel sheets
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues or escalate when needed
• Coordinate with the operations team for order/booking confirmations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
