Job Description

  • 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to hospitals, corporate offices, and residential societies
  • Introduce company services professionally
  • Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
  • Fix meetings/site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle basic client queries confidently
  • Coordinate with field sales team for closures
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
  • 🎯 Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (English + Marathi/Hindi)
  • Confident speaking and convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of sales and telecalling
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
