📝 Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for computer services, including repairs, installations, and technical support. The role involves customer communication, lead generation, service coordination, and follow-ups.

🎓 Eligibility: 10+2 (Graduate Preferred)

🛠️ Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🗣️ Language Requirement: Hindi • Marathi • English

🎯 Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to promote computer, laptop, printer, and CCTV services.

• Handle inbound customer calls and service inquiries professionally.

• Register service requests and schedule technician visits.

• Follow up with customers regarding service status, feedback, and payments.

• Coordinate with technical teams for smooth service delivery.

• Maintain customer records, call logs, and achieve call & lead targets.
