🔍 Role: Tele Sales Executive

As a TME, you will be responsible for selling company services over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

Sell company services over outbound calls

Handle customer objections with confidence

Present and negotiate offerings effectively

Maintain professional communication and business etiquette

🎯 Skills We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and active listening skills

Passion for sales and target achievement

Confidence, persistence, and patience

Basic technical knowledge and lead handling ability

🎓 Eligibility:

Minimum HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate

Age: 18 to 35 years

Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati (preferred)

💰 CTC: ₹2.52 LPA

💵 Salary: ₹16,800 (1st–3rd month) → ₹21,000 (4th month onwards)

🎁 Retention Bonus: Up to ₹12,000 in the 4th month
