Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls related to real estate projects
• Promote residential, commercial properties, plots, and ongoing projects
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Handle customer queries and provide basic project and pricing information
• Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads

Job Requirements:

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (local language is an advantage)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong follow-up and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about real estate products

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate or property sales
• Cold calling experience
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
