Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls related to real estate projects
- Promote residential, commercial properties, plots, and ongoing projects
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Handle customer queries and provide basic project and pricing information
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads
Job Requirements:
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (local language is an advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about real estate products
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in real estate or property sales
- Cold calling experience
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
