Job Responsibilities

• Call existing and new industrial customers.
• Introduce AIRTECH products and company services.
• Generate enquiries and identify customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
• Schedule appointments for field sales engineers when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Update daily call reports and enquiry details.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly enquiry targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team regarding customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic mobile and computer knowledge (MS Excel/Email preferred but not mandatory).
