Telesales Executive - Kannada

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counselor fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English to guide prospective students and help them choose the right educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students via calls, chats, and emails regarding courses and programs
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable options
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Handle objections and provide proper guidance to students/parents
• Requirements:Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in counseling/sales is a plus
• Preferred Skills:Convincing and negotiation skills
