Your Key Responsibilities
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Execute and achieve 100% tool manufacturing plan as per defined shift-wise targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of Tool Room resources and improve overall machine uptime.
- Achieve a 10% annual reduction in cutting tool and consumable costs, in line with group guidelines.
- Inspect jobs after completion of each process and maintain necessary quality and production records.
- Reduce rejection and rework percentage to zero through process control and quality adherence.
- Train and develop manpower for multi-skilling and multitasking.
- Possess hands-on experience with CAM software and operate CNC/VMC machines independently.
- Support the Production Department by achieving a 10% annual reduction in tool downtime, as per group targets.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of Tool Room resources, including:
- CAD / CAM systems
- CNC & VMC machines
- Tool and Die Making
- Strong capability in tool manufacturing process planning and execution
- Knowledge of types of tools and techniques used in tool manufacturing
- Expertise in optimum utilization of manpower and machine resources
- Familiarity with latest tool manufacturing methodologies and best practices
- In-depth technical knowledge of Tool Room resources, including:

Your Qualifications
Education
- B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Job Experience
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Tool Room / Tool Manufacturing operations
