Summary:
As a Transition Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating the comprehensive process of transitioning services, teams, or processes from their current state to a new one. This role requires managing multiple timelines and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met efficiently. The Transition Lead works across different workstreams, including knowledge transfer, technology integration, and people management, to guarantee readiness and seamless execution. The position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment to minimize disruption while aligning all activities with the broader organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the transition process.
- Monitor progress and risks associated with transition activities, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their development within the transition framework.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have KYC Expertise — Strong understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks, compliance requirements, etc.
Nice to have :Client onboarding Lifecycle Management — Experience mapping and optimizing the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding and periodic reviews through to offboarding, ensuring seamless handoffs between business and operational teams.Source of Wealth & Due Diligence — Ability to assess and document Source of Wealth (SoW) and Source of Funds (SoF) requirements, translating complex regulatory expectations into clear business rules and process flows

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
