Job Description
Helps customers plan and book domestic or international tours. provide travel information, prepare tour packages, handle bookings, and ensure customers have a smooth travel experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and budget
- Suggest suitable tour packages, hotels, flights, and activities
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, visas, transport, and insurance
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners
- Explain travel rules, visa requirements, and cancellation policies
- Manage customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Follow up with clients for payments and confirmations
- Provide after-sales support during travel if needed
- Maintain customer records and booking details
- Required SkillsGood communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM, booking portals)
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good English speaking and writing skills
