Designation: BPO Executive (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office Only
Experience: Fresher / 0–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month+ Incentive
Job Summary:
Hiring BPO Executives for inbound and outbound calling. Candidates should handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and provide basic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries
Make outbound calls for follow-ups / sales / support
Maintain call records and update data
Provide accurate information to customers
Ensure good customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Marathi, Hindi, Basik English
Good communication and listening skills
Fresher and experienced both can apply
