Job Title: Waiter / Steward

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

Job Description:

We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Waiter/Steward to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in the hospitality industry and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks as per service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining area
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
  • Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter/steward or in a similar role
  • Basic communication skills
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable and well-groomed
