Job Description

1. Perform welding operations using processes such as Arc Welding (SMAW), MIG, and TIG

2. Read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols

3. Prepare and set up welding equipment and materials

4. Ensure proper alignment and fit-up before welding

5. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards

6. Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work

7. Follow all safety procedures and company policies

8. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

9. Coordinate with supervisors for daily production targets
