Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations during shift
  • Ensure smooth opening & closing
  • Handle customer queries & resolve issues
  • Maintain store hygiene & product display
  • Monitor billing counters & reduce waiting time
  • Ensure stock availability & control expiries
  • Prevent shrinkage/losses
  • Lead team & assign daily tasks

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years retail experience
  • Good communication & leadership skills
