Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance activities of the 3.13 MW Solar Power Plant.
  2. Manage and coordinate technicians and helpers deployed at the site.
  3. Ensure weekly cleaning of all SPV modules using approved methods and materials.
  4. Monitor plant performance, generation data, CUF (Capacity Utilization Factor), and equipment health.
  5. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
  • Solar Inverters
  • Transformers
  • HT/LT Switchgears
  • CT/PT
  • UPS & Batteries
  • SCADA System
  • Weather Monitoring System
  • Earthing System
  • Submersible Pumps
  1. Maintain daily logs, fault records, maintenance reports, and generation reports.
  2. Coordinate with Railway/Client representatives and OEMs for troubleshooting and warranty support.
  3. Ensure grass cutting, housekeeping, and upkeep of solar plant premises and control rooms.
  4. Attend emergency breakdowns and VIP visit preparations as directed by the client.
  5. Ensure availability and proper use of tools, consumables, and safety equipment.
  6. Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and work permits.
  7. Submit daily, monthly, and annual performance reports to management and client representatives.
  8. Ensure timely fault rectification to avoid penalties and generation losses.
