Executive / Sr. Officer/Sr. Engineer
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's assets and personnel
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security enhancements as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and develop appropriate solutions
- Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during security incidents
- Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance security measures
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the Thermal Projects industry
- Demonstrated experience in implementing security protocols and procedures
- Proven track record of managing security personnel and resources effectively
- Valid Security Certification (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) preferred
- First Aid and CPR Certification preferred
