Executive / Sr. Officer/Sr. Engineer

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's assets and personnel
• Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security enhancements as needed
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and develop appropriate solutions
• Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during security incidents
• Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance security measures

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the Thermal Projects industry
• Demonstrated experience in implementing security protocols and procedures
• Proven track record of managing security personnel and resources effectively
• Valid Security Certification (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) preferred
• First Aid and CPR Certification preferred
