Lead - Field instrumentation (Turbine)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring use of PPE’s and zero accident
- To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling.
- Ensure availability of all C&I systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries.
- To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries area.
- Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul.
- Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability.
- Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System.
- Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay.
- Technicians development through OJT/counselling.
- Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares.
- Adherence to BPT process, IMS, 5S and Technical Audits & Compliance.
- Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error.
- Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT
- Responsible for the compliance of Safety audit/ inspections in SAP- EHMS
- Should report and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions / near miss
- Should ensure compliance of JSA in each job · Participate in incident management as needed, support implementation of CAPA
Qualifications
- Experience Total : 8-12Yrs
- Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I, E&C, Electronics, Mech.)
- Control Systems
- MBA
