Ensuring use of PPE’s and zero accident 

• To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling. 
• Ensure availability of all C&I systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries, UPS, DCS, SWAS.
• To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries, SWAS, MOVs area. 
• Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul. 
• Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability. 
• Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System. 
• Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay. 
• Technicians development through OJT/counselling. 
• Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares. 
• Adherence to BPT process, and Technical Audits & Compliance.
•  Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error. 
• Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT, IMS 
• Report unsafe conditions, unsafe act and near miss in the work area 
• Ensure implementation of JSA 
• Ensure checklist for equipment being followed 
• Ensure compliance to safety audit observations

• Experience Total : 12-18Yr
• Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I, E&C, Electronics, Mech.)
