Job Description
Locations: Nehru Place | Gurugram | Janakpuri | Kirti Nagar | Rajendra Place | Preet Vihar | Pitampura | Meerut
(West Bengal): Barasat | Asansol | Durgapur | Contai | Haldia | Kharagpur | Bardhaman | Kolkata (Beliaghata)
Locations (Assam – APC): Guwahati | Tinsukia
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and manage a team of Insurance Advisors in the assigned territory
- Drive new business premium and cross-sell from the advisor team
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets consistently
- Activate and retain advisors through regular field engagement and joint calls
- Conduct product training sessions and ensure advisor readiness for new launches
- Maintain Sales Quality Standards including Persistency benchmarks
- Drive advisor attendance in GO-meets and company training programs
- Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company policies
- Build strong relationships with advisors to improve loyalty and productivity
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 8 years of experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agency / Direct / Bancassurance channel preferred
- Prior experience in building or managing an advisor/agent team is an advantage
- Strong communication, networking and team management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about field sales
- Two-wheeler preferred for local market coverage
