Age Criteria: 21–45 years

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our team for Cuttack and Rourkela locations. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the FMCG industry, strong knowledge of the local market, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen product visibility and availability.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and coordination for smooth deliveries.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance market penetration.
• Maintain daily sales reports and share regular market feedback with management.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales operations.
