• Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our academic team in Jiaganj Azimganj. The candidate should have strong communication skills, subject expertise, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning.
• Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
• Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field.
• B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
• Knowledge of smart classroom teaching techniques.
