Job Description
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via 🔹various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) related to Windows and Linux operating systems.
🔹Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
🔹Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Identify and document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner.
🔹Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and system administrators, to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
🔹Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in Windows and Linux systems to effectively support customer needs.
🔹Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for customer reference.
🔹Provide training and guidance to customers on Windows and Linux best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
