Job Description

  • Create, read, modify, and cancel PNRs, handle seat assignments, special service requests (SSR), and frequent flyer data via Amadeus
  • Issue, re-issue, and exchange electronic tickets; interpret complex private, published, and corporate fare rules
  •  Monitor and clear Amadeus queues for schedule changes, waitlist clearances, and un-ticketed bookings daily
