Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Notes Making

• Visiting Clients

• Maintain accurate accounting records using software like Tally/Excel.

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.) within deadlines.

• Reconciliation of GST data and addressing notices if any.

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.

• Assisting in tax planning and responding to IT notices.

• Supporting statutory and internal audits with proper documentation.

• Preparing audit reports and ensuring compliance.

• Preparing detailed notes for tax assessments, audit observations, and compliance matters.

• Maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.

• Communicating with clients for data collection and clarifying queries.

• Ensuring timely submission of required documents.

• Staying updated on changes in tax laws, GST regulations, and accounting standards.

• Implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
