Account Executive (Accounting)

Job SummaryKamal Laxmi Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, payroll support, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Record purchase, sales, journal, receipt, payment, and contra entries.
• Manage cash book, bank book, and petty cash.
• Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Ensure timely GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation).
• Deduct and deposit TDS and assist in filing TDS returns.
• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF).
• Maintain fixed asset register and calculate depreciation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense reports, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end book closing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for payment collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)
• Experience2–5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Automobile, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula).
• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
