Job Description
Senior Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities
Core Accounting Work
- Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Maintenance of books of accounts
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
Taxation & Compliance
- TDS reconciliation and return support
- GST reconciliation and filing support
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Billing & Invoicing
- E-invoice generation and management
- Invoice processing and verification
- Handling quotations and purchase orders (PO)
Financial Reporting
- Preparation of bill-wise reports
- Outstanding receivable/payable reports
- Interest calculation on outstanding balances
Inventory Management
- Maintaining inventory records
- Stock reconciliation and reporting
Documentation & Tools
- Working knowledge of Excel (reports, data handling)
- PDF editing and documentation work
Experience Requirement
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Junior Accountant / Assistant Responsibilities
- Basic accounting entries
- Invoice and data entry
- Excel and documentation support
- Assisting in reports and reconciliations
- Quotation/PO
- Eway- Invoice
- Experience: 2–3 years
