Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.


  • Develop and implement strategies for agency development, tied channel management, and field sales activities.


  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.


  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency development, tied channel management).


  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
