Job Description

Position: Sales Executive – EV & Lithium Battery Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Travel Required)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job SummaryKamal Laxmi Industries is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Vollterra EV Lithium Batteries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, expanding the dealer/distributor network, developing OEM and institutional customers, and achieving sales targets for EV battery products.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Vollterra EV Lithium Batteries in the assigned territory.
  • Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Generate business from EV vehicle manufacturers, assemblers, fleet operators, and battery retailers.
  • Visit customers regularly to generate enquiries and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain battery features, specifications, warranty, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the service team for customer support and issue resolution.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and monthly MIS.
  • Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain outstanding receivables.
  • Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in sales.
