Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Present company products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
