ProsParity is a fast-growing fintech that finances electric vehicles in smaller cities across central India. We work with EV dealerships to help customers buy electric two- and three-wheelers on easy EMIs, and we're scaling quickly across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh. We're now looking for someone to lead our field collections function.

What You'll Do

• Build, hire and lead the in-house collections team and manage field agencies.
• Plan budgets, manpower and incentive/commission programs across our locations.
• Drive recovery action, legal notices, repossession and resale of vehicles — through to case settlement.
• Make sure all collections activity follows RBI Fair Practices Code and Digital Lending Guidelines.
• Handle sensitive legal and compliance cases with proper documentation and borrower records.
• Build daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and MIS for management.

How Success Is Measured

• Collection and recovery rates across the portfolio.
• Performance of the team and agencies you build.
• Timely, compliant handling of legal and repossession cases.
• Quality and accuracy of reporting and MIS.
