Job Title: Counter Salesman – Footwear Store

Job Summary:

A Counter Salesman in a footwear store is responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling shoes, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The role involves product knowledge, customer handling, billing, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their footwear needs (size, style, budget).
• Assist customers in selecting suitable shoes, sandals, or other footwear.
• Provide product information such as material, brand, comfort, and pricing.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
• Maintain the display of footwear neatly and attractively.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement and inform management about low stock.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Upsell or cross-sell related products (e.g., socks, shoe care items).
• Keep the counter area clean and organized.
• Follow store policies and sales targets.

Qualification:
