Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Executive to coordinate and execute promotional events in Raipur. The role involves end-to-end event management including stall coordination, vendor management, branding activities, and smooth on-ground execution with the team.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Plan and manage BTL/ATL activities

🔹 Research and maintain a calendar of exhibitions, fairs, and events in the city

🔹 Coordinate with event organisers to secure stall spaces

🔹 Manage stall setup, branding, decoration, and inventory

🔹 Coordinate and supervise on-site event staff

🔹 Handle vendors, suppliers, permissions, and logistics

🔹 Ensure smooth execution and timely setup/breakdown of stalls

🔹 Represent DRINX professionally during events and promotions

🔹 Prepare post-event reports including leads, attendance, and observations

Required Skills & Experience✔ 0–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

✔ Team handling and coordination abilities

✔ Willingness to travel locally for events

✔ Good organisational and multitasking skills
