Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are a Haryana-based Basmati rice company looking for a Field Sales Executive in Raipur to help us enter and develop the local market.

The candidate will visit the market, identify potential distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa buyers, and bulk buyers, understand what rice products are currently selling, and promote our Basmati rice products.

This is a field-based role and requires regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa buyers, and bulk buyers in Raipur.
• Research local rice brands, pricing, pack sizes, margins, and demand.
• Understand buyer requirements and market opportunities.
• Present our Basmati rice products and collect buyer feedback.
• Generate leads, follow up with interested buyers, and support order conversion.
• Share regular market updates and sales reports with the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Field sales experience required.
• Experience in rice, grains, FMCG, grocery, food distribution, HoReCa, or wholesale sales preferred.
• Knowledge of Raipur local market will be an advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
• Smartphone required; two-wheeler preferred.

Preferred- Good knowledge of Basmati rice varieties.
