Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback
• Visit customers as per approved tour plan and expand market reach
• Ensure timely collection of payments through company-authorized modes only
• Submit tour expenses on time and obtain necessary approvals

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or a similar role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel as per business needs (candidates with personal bike preferred)
