Pine Labs is a leading fintech company offering payment and merchant commerce solutions, including POS machines and digital payment services across India.
Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager for EDC (POS) machine sales. The role involves direct interaction with merchants and driving device sales through field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct shop-to-shop visits to onboard merchants
Sell and promote EDC/POS swipe machines
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits to merchants
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (both can apply)
Experience: Preferred from banking & fintech sales (POS/EDC sales)
Candidates from SBI / HDFC / HDB Financial / Phone Pe / Google Pay / Paytm /Mswipe/Finserv/POS sales will be preferred
Skills Required:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales orientation
Local market knowledge
