Job Description

A Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team that works directly in the market — visiting clients, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and guide the field sales team
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned territories
  • Visit customers, distributors, retailers, or dealers regularly
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
  • Conduct team training and performance reviews
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
