Job Description
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess
2. Goods Receiving & Dispatch
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders/invoices
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and delivery
3. Storage & Organization
- Arrange goods systematically for easy identification and access
- Ensure proper labeling and stacking of items
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) or FEFO methods where applicable
4. Team Supervision
- Manage warehouse workers, helpers, and loaders
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure discipline and productivity
5. Safety & Maintenance
- Ensure safety standards are followed in the warehouse
- Prevent damage, theft, or loss of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inward/outward registers
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
- Coordinate with CRM and sales departments
