*Role Purpose:*

To ensure consistent, efficient, and evolving food experience across all Nukkad locations by building kitchen systems, training teams, and driving menu innovation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Kitchen Operations:

- Ensure smooth service flow and clear station roles

- Support kitchens during peak hours

• Food Consistency:

- Maintain standard taste, portion, and presentation

- Conduct regular quality checks

• SOP Implementation:

- Enforce standard recipes and kitchen processes

- Ensure consistency across all outlets

• Team Training:

- Train non-formally trained staff

- Build confidence and repeatable skills

• Food Cost & Waste Control:

- Monitor wastage and stock usage

- Improve efficiency

• Inventory & Hygiene:

- Maintain FIFO and clean kitchen practices

• Multi-location Coordination:

- Travel for training, audits, and support

• Menu Engineering & Innovation:

- Analyze top and low-performing items

- Introduce seasonal and new menu items

- Develop simple, scalable dishes

• Customer Feedback Loop:

- Use feedback to improve menu and recipes

• Reporting:

- Weekly reporting on consistency, cost, and innovation

Ideal Profile:

- 2–5 years experience in café/QSR kitchens

- Strong operational understanding

- Creative yet practical mindset

- Comfortable working with diverse teams
