URGENT HIRING – HR / HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR (Senior) Hospital Industry

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Senior HR / Hospital Administrator with minimum 5+ years of hardcore hospital experience.

This is NOT a desk or clerical position.

This is a decision-making, leadership-driven role for someone who can take ownership, command respect, and run hospital operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

• Complete recruitment cycle & manpower planning
• Payroll management, attendance, appraisals & retention strategies
• Implementing HR policies with strict discipline & productivity focus
• Managing staff conflicts, escalations & performance issues

Hospital Administration & Operations

• Full control of day-to-day hospital operations
• Coordination with doctors, nursing & all support departments
• Ensuring NABH & statutory compliance (preferred)
• Vendor management, procurement & facility supervision
• Liaison with Insurance companies, TPAs & Government schemes

Who Should Apply?

✔ Minimum 5+ years experience in Hospital HR/Admin (Mandatory)

✔ MBA (HR) / MHA preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of labour laws & hospital compliance

✔ Experience managing 100+ bed hospitals

✔ Strong leadership presence & confident communicator
