Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Staffing: Handle hiring of plant staff, workers, and supervisors including manpower planning and onboarding.
* Employee Relations (IR): Maintain healthy industrial relations, handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and union matters.
* Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor productivity, and manage workforce performance.
* Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and arrange technical and safety training for employees.
* Payroll & Compliance: Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act).
* Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety norms, and company policies within the plant.
* HR Operations: Maintain employee records, audits, documentation, and HR reporting.
* Workplace Discipline & Safety: Ensure proper discipline, shift management, and coordination with safety standards on the shop floor.
