Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.
  • Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Wash dishes, trays, and cooking utensils as required.
  • Receive and store raw materials following FIFO and FEFO practices.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cold storage, and waste disposal areas.
  • Support in packing and dispatching customer orders.
  • Refill ingredients and supplies during operations.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Wear the prescribed uniform and PPE while on duty.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Assist in opening and closing kitchen activities.
