Job Description
Job Summary:
Lenstrack is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Optometrist to join our Raipur team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive eye examinations, recommend vision correction solutions, and ensure excellent customer service aligned with Lenstrack’s retail standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed eye and vision tests using advanced instruments.
- Prescribe and dispense spectacles, lenses, and contact lenses based on test results.
- Educate customers on lens options, frame styles, and eye health.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of patients’ test results and prescriptions.
- Assist in frame and lens selection as per customer needs.
- Maintain store hygiene, display, and instrument calibration.
- Support the sales team by converting eye test results into eyewear sales.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics and patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Optometry (B.Optom) or Diploma in Optometry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail eyewear store or optical clinic (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
