Post Sales Customer Officer

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive professional to join our team as a Post Sales Customer Relations Officer.

The role involves managing customer communication after sales closure, ensuring smooth coordination, timely support, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales closure
• Share updates related to payments, documentation, and project progress
• Maintain strong and professional customer relationships

Post Sales Operations

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Registry and Operations teams
• Ensure smooth processing of agreements and customer documentation
• Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
• Provide accurate information and timely assistance
• Manage follow-ups and escalation cases when required

Reporting

• Track customer interactions and payment status
• Prepare basic reports and follow-up updates

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Post Sales / Customer Relations
• Experience in Real Estate or Service Industry preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
