Presales Executive

Position: Pre-Sales Executive (Female)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Ambience Nature, G.A.D Colony Road, Kachna, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Real Estate

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and other marketing sources.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to potential buyers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct post-site visit follow-up calls to collect client feedback, understand their concerns, purchase intent, and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion opportunities.
• Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and daily call reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with potential buyers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate sales process is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales.
• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
