About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Sales Associate on behalf of Elem Furnishing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting walk-in customers, maintaining strong product knowledge, and delivering a top-notch in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Present and explain furniture products, materials, and customization options.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and design trends.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups for potential leads.
Coordinate with the internal team for orders, deliveries, and client requests.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and customer interactions.
Ensure store cleanliness, display arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior sales experience in retail/showroom (furniture or lifestyle preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and customer-service abilities.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
Work Structure
Working Hours: 10 hours/day
Working Days: 6 days/week
Paid Leaves: 7–10 annually
Joining Date: Immediate
Notice Period: 45 days
Team Size: ~28 members
Reporting Structure
Sales Associate → Sales Manager → General Manager (GM) → Director
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Paid in the first week of every month
Incentives/Benefits: To be introduced after 6 months from launch
